The Difference Between Notebook and Ultrabook

Laptops have become a huge demand since it was first released back in 2000. These computers are actually very portable and this is the reason that makes it very demanding because nobody wants to own a desktop because it cannot be mobilized.

However; since the technology improved, customers started asking more and more from the manufacturers and the manufacturers delivered the expectations, but they never were satisfactory. The expectation was, making the laptops, more mobile i.e. minimizing the weight and thinning the design too. These laptops were known as notebooks because these laptops were as thin as notebooks that are commonly found in a college student’s backpack.
Conversely, this was also not very satisfactory so manufacturers tried to make the laptops more thinner and thus the name Ultrabook came into existence. These books were mainly rivals to the Apple MacBook flagships and had become a huge success due to the demand and supply.
However; these laptops are thinner and more lighter and does not pack the punch of specs that traditional laptops do. If you are looking for PC like power then you will find that laptops which are heavier and thicker are more powerful in performance than the thinner versions of laptops that are available in the market.
